１　领会祷告

我们在天上的父，感谢你让我们拥有这样的日子，不论是春意和熙，还是秋景萧瑟，都能够坦然无惧，满心欢喜地来到你的殿堂。在你这圣洁的殿堂里，我们颂赞你伟大的创造，让这生机勃勃的世界，周而复始，日复一日，向我们启示着你的智慧，彰显出生命的内涵。我们从你那里得到气息，就如春天里的一粒种子，在你肥沃的土壤里生根发芽，在你温暖的阳光下开花结果。当我们在这收获的季节，采摘你赐下的丰硕成果的时候，父神啊，我们知道，尽管严冬在不远的地方等候，靠着你，我们依旧能够欢唱。

我们欢唱，欢唱一首首深情的颂歌，献给你，我们的神，我们的阿爸父。因为你不仅创造了我们的生命，更用你独生爱子耶稣基督高贵而圣洁的鲜血，展示出你普世救赎的恩典。让我们凡是相信他的，都能够脱离这世上罪恶的捆绑，凡是承认他的，都能够重新行在你圣洁的光中。父神啊，请接纳我们这样的感恩和颂赞吧，因为你配得这一切。

父神，靠着你子民的名份，我们来向你求。求你把真正的新生命日日加添给我们，让我们不仅仅重生得救，更要懂得重生的意义，让我们不仅仅拥有新生，更要拥有来自你的能力，战胜罪恶，世界和一切背离你真道的诱惑。让我们在你的爱里，在你的道中，在我们的主耶稣基督和圣灵的引导下，活出你所赐新生命的真正内涵。

父神，我们为我们的牧者祷告，让你的话语，你的智慧浇灌他们，在我们各堂的崇拜中，释放你的真理，触动每个人的心灵。我们为我们的同工祷告，让你的教诲，你的训诫时刻在他们心中，为你的圣工，甘为肢体，乐于奉献。我们为我们的会众祷告，让你的恩典，你的爱，常在我们心中，让我们彼此扶持，以诚相待，成为真正的弟兄姐妹。我们更为我们的教会祷告，让这神圣的殿堂，我们主耶稣的身体，成为我们颂赞，敬拜你的圣所，成为传扬，光大你福音的管道。

父神啊，我们把这样的祷告敬奉在你的面前，求你成就。奉主耶稣基督尊贵荣耀的名求。阿门！

２　奉献祷告

是的，主啊，正如我们在诗歌里所唱到的那样，我愿恭敬献金银，为主圣工尽寸心。这里是我们众弟兄姊妹甘心乐意的奉献，我们带到你的坛前，求你的悦纳。一同献上的还有我们众弟兄姊妹的身，心，灵。以此为活祭，愿为器皿为你所用。愿我们的双手为你做工，愿我们的双脚为你走路，愿我们的口舌为你讲话，愿我们的一生为你付出。求你做我们生命的主宰，管理我们的岁月，使用我们的光阴。

感谢，赞美主，奉主耶稣基督尊贵荣耀的名求。阿门！

Every Bottle Counts(儿子的作文)

Our school, the Norman E. Day School, serves milk in plastic containers every school day. Unfortunately, all of them are thrown away after use. The consequence of this is that, it not only causes waste of natural resources, but also results in serious environmental pollution. Plastic uses a lot of oil to make and oil is expensive and getting scarcer every day. Plastic waste takes tens of years to decompose. If we continue to throw them away carelessly, our living environment would be full of these dirty objects. I think it is a very good idea to recycle these milk containers.

Here I have a plan; I suggest that, first of all, our school provides recycle bins in the cafeteria to collect these used bottles. Secondly, we also need signs to remind people to put the used bottles into the recycle bins, rather than throwing them into the trash cans. When we collect enough bottles, the school should contact the recycling company to pick them up.

To make my plan work, our school should consider the following aspects: First, The overall size of the recycle bins must be large enough to hold a full day’s worth of bottles, otherwise some of the bottles might be thrown away. Secondly, as a way to encourage recycling, our school may consider setting up an incentive policy such as a holding a school-wide activity or party once we reach a certain goal. Thirdly, we should keep educating our students about the dangers of environmental pollution and costs of resource wasting, and let them realize that helping the earth is helping themselves.

If we follow these plans and keep recycling, our school will become a role model to other schools and organizations in protecting our beautiful world. So what are we waiting for? Let’s do it!

Goal Setting(儿子的作文)

I have set many goals in the past; they all helped me become a better student. I think it is a great idea to set goals for this year. My goal for this year is to participate more in class and being more social with others.

Participating and being social is not only good for answering questions but also good for making friends, and helping out others. Participating and being social is something very important that will help me my entire life. If I don’t participate, nobody will ever know my thoughts. For example, if I have an idea for an invention and never tell anyone about it, someone else might share an idea exactly like mine! I wouldn’t like that. If I am not social, when I am older I might not get a good job because I most likely won’t work well with others.

Some people don’t know when they achieved their goals. One way to figure out if I achieved my goal is to see if people ask me for ideas. Once this happened, I know I achieved my goal.
